Terms of Service | Retention Intelligence

1. Service Description
Retention Intelligence provides AI-powered churn prediction, retention analysis, and customer health scoring through CRM integrations. The Service is delivered as a web platform accessible via a paid subscription.
2. Account and Access
You must have an active CRM account (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or other supported CRM) and authorize Retention Intelligence to access that data via OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Customer Data and Ownership
You retain all rights to your CRM data. By using the Service, you grant Retention Intelligence a limited license to ingest, process, analyze, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; attempt to extract or replicate the underlying algorithms; use the Service to violate any applicable law; or share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
5. Third Party Services
The Service uses Amazon Web Services for infrastructure, Amazon Bedrock for AI powered analysis, and Amazon Athena for data querying. No CRM data is shared with, sold to, or made accessible to any other third party.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Data syncs run in the background and may take minutes to hours depending on the volume of records in your CRM. We are not liable for delays caused by CRM API rate limits or outages.
7. Intellectual Property
All analysis, insights, reports, and scores generated by the Service are derived from your data and are available to you for the duration of your subscription. The underlying algorithms, models, and platform technology remain the intellectual property of Retention Intelligence.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Retention Intelligence is not liable for decisions made based on the analysis, reports, or predictions provided. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to the account owner. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the then current contract term. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms or abuse of CRM API resources.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
