What We Collect
Retention Intelligence connects to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and others) via OAuth 2.0 to access customer records including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects. We use this data solely to provide churn analysis, retention insights, and reporting within the Retention Intelligence platform.
How We Store It
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 via AWS server-side encryption). CRM data is stored in Amazon S3 within the US-East-1 region. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-GCM before storage.
How We Use It
Your CRM data is used exclusively to power Retention Intelligence features: health scoring, churn prediction, cohort analysis, risk assessment, and executive reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering the Retention Intelligence service to you.
Data Retention
CRM data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Data may be retained after cancellation to support historical analysis and model improvement. Customers may request deletion of their data at any time, and we will permanently delete the requested data within 30 days of receiving the request.
Third-Party Services
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure, Amazon Bedrock for AI analysis, and Amazon Athena for data querying. No CRM data is shared with any other third party.
